COLUMBUS, IN — January 12, 2026 — Columbus City Utilities (CCU) is pleased to announce the hiring of Robyn Ingram as Executive Administrative Assistant, effective January 12, 2026. In this critical role, Robyn will provide high-level support to the Executive Director and the CCU management team, facilitating efficient operations and strategic goal management for the department.
Robyn joins the city with extensive experience in executive support and administrative management. She most recently served as an Executive Assistant at LHP, Inc., where she provided support to senior leadership and managed logistics for corporate assets and insurance claims while working in human resources. Her professional background also includes significant tenure at Ball Management Group, Inc., where she supported executive operations, and roles at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church and Columbus Regional Health.

In her new capacity, Robyn will handle a diverse range of responsibilities, including:
- Board Support: Serving as the Recording Clerk for the Utility Service Board, including the preparation and distribution of meeting minutes and packets.
- Executive Liaison: Acting as the primary point of contact between the Executive Director and both internal and external stakeholders.
- Operational Oversight: Managing general liability and property claims, maintaining vehicle inventories, and coordinating employment records.
- Personnel Coordination: Facilitating the hiring process for supervisors and maintaining confidential departmental records.
