Renters / Contract Buyers: Starting Service

If you are renting or buying on contract, a deposit is required. Please pay your $105 deposit via the payment button below. Then gather these documents before filling out the form below.

Copy of your deposit receipt
Copy of your photo ID
Signed lease agreement
