Summary
City Ordinance 12-2010 amends Ordinance 2-2004 and is designed to comply with the Clean Water Act (33 U.S.C. 1251), and the general pretreatment regulations (40 CFR Part 403) which Act and Regulation sets forth the uniform requirements for users of the wastewater collection and publicly owned treatment works (POTW).
