During normal working hours you can reach the offices of the Columbus City Utilities by calling our main switchboard at the number below. Beyond those hours we have an automated notification system that can ensure that the people best suited to handle your problem respond to your call.  Anyone needing assistance after normal working hours can call the regular business number and answer the simple prompts of the automated attendant to leave a message that will be immediately forwarded to the appropriate on-call personnel.
